Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for VISTA Smart Projectors with temporarily unavailable apps. Platforms such as Netflix, Disney+ and AirPin can adjust their terms and conditions. Changes to these terms can lead to apps becoming temporarily unavailable on many devices, including the VISTA Smart Projector. This is completely out of our control. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds when this situation occurs.

We urge customers to consider this factor before purchasing. 

Thankfully, there are several ways to get around this issue. Firstly, make sure your projector is fully up to date with the latest software and allow time for the update to integrate. Updates are released regularly and can be downloaded via “Online Update” in settings. You can also uninstall and redownload the app you wish to access.

Here is the most effective troubleshooting tool for Netflix:

1. Download the latest version of the app store

2. Two Netflix apps will be available - one with a white icon and one with a black icon

3. Click the black Netflix icon and switch to mouse mode (the button is located near the top of your remote)

4. Enter your Netflix details and enjoy

For Disney+, we recommend downloading the latest version of the app store.

For AirPin, we recommend downloading a different mirroring app.

If you’re still experiencing issues, please wait for the next projector update to be released. Updates can be downloaded via “Online Update” in settings, with fresh updates being released regularly. In the meantime, you can enjoy more than 4,000 apps available via the Google Play Store.
